I usually do as many as I can with that weight. If I don't make it

to my goal, fine, I may the next time, but I will never be able to go

up in weight if I go down in weight. It depends on the person.

Someone else might say, go down in weight and do the 12 in perfect

form, but If I can do a good set of 6 or 8 with the heavier weight,

it's great for me:)

I saw the most change in weeks 7 and 8! I've heard other people say

the same:)

Q1....No diffuser, funnel only.

Q2...Don't know!

Dennis

2 questions

Greetings all. I've got two short questions;

1) When you 'funnel', do you use a diffuser at the end of the line, inside the

funnel?

2) Would 'bagging' give the same benefits as HBOT for a sprained wrist? If it

would be useful, how long and how often?

Thanks all for your time. Jim

Dear Jim,

1) No diffuser necessary. Diffusers are just for water, and for home use,

are not really necessary for that either. We don't use one.

2) bagging with ozone will be more effective than HBOT for a sprained wrist,

and quicker. Daily, for 30 minutes per session.

Best of Health!
