Guest guest
, but what if you up your weights > and get to about 8 reps on your last set of 12 and just can't push it > anymore, do you then drop back down to the lower weight and finish the > set or just stop at 8??? I usually do as many as I can with that weight. If I don't make it to my goal, fine, I may the next time, but I will never be able to go up in weight if I go down in weight. It depends on the person. Someone else might say, go down in weight and do the 12 in perfect form, but If I can do a good set of 6 or 8 with the heavier weight, it's great for me:) > > My other question is for those who have finished a challenge, during > what weeks did you see the most change in your body, or does that > depend on each individual?? I saw the most change in weeks 7 and 8! I've heard other people say the same:) LB fl > > Thanks, hope everyone had a great day!! > >
Guest guest
Q1....No diffuser, funnel only. Q2...Don't know! Dennis 2 questions Greetings all. I've got two short questions; 1) When you 'funnel', do you use a diffuser at the end of the line, inside the funnel? 2) Would 'bagging' give the same benefits as HBOT for a sprained wrist? If it would be useful, how long and how often? Thanks all for your time. Jim ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ No virus found in this incoming message. Guest guest
Dear Jim, 1) No diffuser necessary. Diffusers are just for water, and for home use, are not really necessary for that either. We don't use one. 2) bagging with ozone will be more effective than HBOT for a sprained wrist, and quicker. Daily, for 30 minutes per session. Best of Health!
