ticks?

Has anyone ever been bitten by a tick? If so, did it get burrowed under

your skin?

I went to North Carolina a few weeks ago and ever since I got back I've had

this shooting pain underneath my bra strap. There is nothing there, no

rash, nothing. Except I get this pain, even if I just rub on it.

So today I started to look a little closer for a reason that this pain might

be occurring. I have a small black spot (about the size of a period.) where

the pain occurs. Could it be a burrowed tick? I don't have any symptoms

that one would expect with a tick. Actually, the only thing I do have is

the zinging pain when something rubs against that area.

Any ideas?
