Guest guest
Our experience with Carn Aware has been good. However, when we first started it (about 2 years ago) we had to stop after a couple of weeks because of increased stimming and irritability. We tried it again after a few weeks and it was well-tolerated. Over time, we have been able to see when our son needs a break and discontinue it for a period of time. We do find that whenever he's been off for awhile there are noticeable improvements once Carn Aware is re-introduced. Jeff Re: Re: - Aloe Vera Internally? Dear Hope, We find that aloe vera juice really helps with constipation. It also is great for the gut. It also helps if you have acid indigestion or an upset stomach....only need 1/4th of a cup. Guest guest
Jocelyne asked about the cool rise culture from GEM cultures. We use it all the time and like it. The bread does come out sour though, in my opinion. Also, it takes some skill to get the bread to come out well. My two teenagers make the bread and the bread they make now far surpasses the bread that I made when we first got the culture and I was the person making it. If you have any other questions I'll try to answer them (or my son or daughter since they actually feed the culture and make the bread now).
