Isn't it interesting that the really GOOD restaurants

are also the healthiest? Since I started cooking healthier

folks call my new way of cooking " Heidi's new gourmet

cooking " (not Heidi's tasteless, obsessive excercise in

self-denial that we all hope she gets over soon). Yeah,

call it food snobbery ...
