Let me rephrase that. If what you're referring to is the same as what I

remember from my Russian friends (haven't had time to go check all the WAPF

references), and you're talking about a dumpling the diameter of maybe a

nickel or a quarter, then do it uncooked. If you're talking about

something larger, I shall defer to the Queen of Self-Respecting Russians,

Katja.

heehee. yep, uncooked.

if they're larger than a tootsie roll pop, they're not pelmenji anymore -

then they're peroshk'i, and should be about the size of a child's hand.
