Ow. Owwwwww. Owwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!!

Okay, I've got one. This is definitely a pull, not just sore. And

it's right up on my right leg in the groin area.

Any recommendations other than warm/hot compresses and time? Try to work

it, or leave it alone? The primal screams coming from one side of the

house are beginning to disturb the neighbors. I consume enough liquids

during the day that if I can't get this better FAST, I'm going to have to

learn to pee standing up.

st. john's wort oil will help, if you have access to some.

if you don't have the oil, here's a quick recipe (i prefer sun-infusions,

but this is good when you need it NOW)

take a big handful of st. john's wort and toss it in a pot of olive oil,

then heat it gently for half an hour or more. don't let it boil. press out

the herbs and rub it in!

hope you feel better!

Ahhhhhhhhh, thank you! I'm gonna try that. (Where's my personal

masseur when I need him? - I'm sure the neighbors would be happy to pay his

fee!)
