Oh, they can be very addictive, so they are only indicated for short

term use. No particular reason for a DSer to avoid them, other than

that. Not that I can think of. THey also alter normal sleep to

abnormal sleep, by the way.

Excellent advice! I know a lot of docs who take Melatonin. I don't, I

just use the TV (this is actually BAD advice so I never tell people to

do what I do!) to fall asleep.
