Welcome !

Two inches in your waist and one inch in your thigh is

great progress for just four weeks! I think I lost 3

inches around my waist after 12 weeks. Most of my

visible changes didn't happen until the last four

weeks as well.

You're doing great so far so keep it up!

Hi ,

Welcome...welcome...welcome. I laughed at your statement above... " everything

stayed the same " . Huh?! 2 inches in your waiste is no small change...not to

mention one inch in your thigh..sizzle sizzle...is that the sound of fat

burning?! Keep up the good work and I'm glad you chimed in. I am in the

beginning of week 7 (C1) so we are not far apart. I look forward to hearing

from you.

Hi and welcome! I totally agree with the previous responses -

2 inches off your waist and 1 inch off your thighs is awesome

progress for only 4 weeks! Keep up the good work and please keep us

posted on your progress. Jump right in, the water's fine.

Hello allJust thought I'd put my hand up to say that I've been reading the list for a few weeks now and it's certainly good to have a window on other people in the same situation. My surgery was four weeks ago and I had my first fill today. So far so good, though I am a bit nervous about discovering what 'restriction' really means. However since I started this journey about 10 weeks ago I've lost 19kgs and I'm already feeling a whole lot better. I can't imagine what another 40-50kgs would be like.Fingers crossed I get to find out!cheersM <--=  =--><--=   =--><--=  =--><--=  =--><--=  =-->murasaki@...
