[Mod's note: Sorry you feel that way. It's possible that many people haven't

logged on in a while. It's also possible that all the special character in your

post caused it to go to people's spam folder, meaning they never even SAW it.]

I & #39;m really sorry for sending this message: exactly zero responses. I feel

awful. I & #39;m quite used to being ignored but i was silly enough to expect

better of this group...

Goodbye

Hi Karin,

Don't leave! Sometimes it takes awhile to get a response... and sometimes

people read and think about what is said and never respond! It doesn't change

the validity of what you have to say, and it doesn't mean we don't care. It

just means life is speeding by!

I congratulate you on tapping into your subconscience. That's where the best

work is done in my opinion.

Hi,

Thanks MOD and Patti!

On a technical note: have changed from safari to iPad email client to solve the

diacritical problem, so hopefully no more spam-suspicions

On a more personal note: i will have to apologize for being so dramatic. All I

have to say for myself is that it is the dramatic time of the month...

Take care, karin

Karin,

i am glad you are sticking around.

This is a lovely group.  Sometimes we are very active and at other times it

seems we all are working more quietly on our weigh issues but if I am any

indication we are all hear listening and cheering each other on.

Hugs to all.

I second that .

Life here is VERY busy right now with some family drama going on. It is good to

read anything encouraging, and I will post when things calm down a bit.

Hi all.

Thanksgiving today. Turkey was nice. and I ate an appropriate quantity. I feel

good and NOT over-stuffed as I have all too often. I eat now for long term

pleasure. I got a compliment from my doctor today on my weight loss. I told him

about the podcast. He got the full name and is going to refer at least 2 other

of his patients to the IOWL site and podcasts.

Just doing my part.

My one son has been hanging around with a very bad influence. We are working at

helping him get back to being himself and getting away from this guy. Some

success so that feels good but it is tenuous right now. Nice to have all 3 boys

home for the holiday. Back to regular life now, and the more normal stresses of

relationships and work. Got to sign up some more students this week. All along,

it is getting at least easier to deal with the weight issues. That part is

feeling more natural and easy as it should.
