mom with chronic mastitis--update

the mom I posted about weeks and weeks ago with the persistent mastitis decided to stop breastfeeding at the advice of many people. She has recently been diagnosed by a local doc who specializes in breastfeeding medicine. Apparently this condition has been successfully treated with steroids and often mimics breast cancer. her incisions are STILL draining, but she now has some hope.
