Guest guest
ive just realised it was that stuff that killed heath ledger, and it was the same stuff i was on. i could write a book or two and a few films from my experiences on that stuff! best you come off it as soon as possible, ive done it cold turkey many times. it will take you a few days maybe even a week or two to get a proper nights sleep. you might like me start to sleep and dream while your still conscious. also if you take more than 3 or 4 pills in one go and dont fall asleep your memory of whats happening will disappear. i had many nights where i thought i had taken just 3 or a maximum of 4 pills then gone to sleep, then waking up in the morning finding out that 12- 14 or more pills had gone. im lucky to be alive after those things for sure! ive been places and had experiences that ive little or no memory of ive woke up in other country's after thinking id just taken a few sleeping pills and gone to bed. in actual fact id booked a last minute holiday and got on a plain. i was arrested for drink driving when i hadn't been drinking and woke up in a police cell not knowing how i got there. ive bumped into people that apparently know me really well that i must have told my life story to and i had no recollection of meeting them. thats a weired experience! the list goes on and a lot of it is really funny but after realising that heath ledgers heart stopped while he was on them and considering the amounts i had taken in one go, im just lucky to be alive. > > > > I've been taking lanoxonil for anxiety and slepnoct for sleep--- I'm > > pretty sure I'm addicted to these by now as I've taken them for > more > > than 8 months. Guest guest
Thank you Nemo.shark---I really appreciate your info here. Yes, I'll get off all of this stuff even though it means sleepless nights, etc. In fact, I've thrown away all my prescriptions for Prozac even though you're supposed to taper off---I haven't been on it that long and I had no idea of the side effects of all these pills (or, more truthfully, I didn't want to know about them as I felt so desperate at the time). Not worth it.
