Guest guest
You should be more careful with your terminology. a Ph.D. has just as much right, if not more, to be called " doctor " than an M.D. The original meaning of " doctor " is " teacher " , which later evolved into Ph.D. in Europe and then the rest of the world. The correct term for M.D. is " physician " , although the medical establishment have stolen and distorted the original meaning of the word " doctor " for their own egos and financial gain. Please do a little research on the meanining and origin of these terms. Furthermore you seem to be implying that any research done, or cases published by, a Ph.D. is somehow less valid than that by an M.D, which is also just plain wrong. Guest guest
Research on PSSD can be done low budget by one or more university students who study for example pharmacology or psychiatry. This may be supervised by a professor. Important research results found by student research with good quality are often published in scientific journals. PSSD patients can invite these students to do this research, via websites that these students frequently visit. These students can start to make a survey of medical histories among the members of this Yahoo support group. > Right now there's only anecdotal evidence and a few > published case histories.
