, I meant to reply to this earlier - I've been swamped at work and with Life.  I went to bed at 8:30 last night and didn't get up til 6:15 this morning!  I really like your week a lot, especially because you get OUTSIDE a lot.  We spend so much time in buildings, at least I do.  It's also nicely balanced with strength training.

04/05/12 5.8 mile Bike Commute + 1.5 mile walk

04/06/12 Cathe Pure Strength Chest shoulder and triceps and QF Cardio Hip Hop
