MGIMS bulletin

Just recd the newest MGIMS Bulletin today.

Wow! Was I impressed!!

It was like reading a new magazine. Not a single obituary. All news neatly

organized in snippets. No boring, meandering visits to the past.

Technically, a better readable font, whiter paper and a well-organized

format. No spelling or grammatical mistake!

The news that a statue of Behenji and Bapu adorns the main entrance makes me

want to return to Sevagram to pay my respects.

Congrats to Anshu, the Editor in chief, for a kool, kute and krisp treat.

Sorry I haven't been able to upload it as it is too big a file. I haven't found

time to scan it/ convert it into pdf. I'll try to put it up if I'm able to find

a pdf converter.

Thanks Ravin and Kishore for the nice things that you had to say

about the bulletin (whew!I hold my breath everytime when I see a

mail titled MGIMS bulletin not knowing what to expect next!)

As for the rest of you, I'll try to find out where the problem is

and why the Bulletin which was published 4 months ago still hasn't

reached so many of you.

As of now I've posted a pdf file of the Bulletin at

http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/mgims/files/. Ravin, you

asked for colour pics. Though the original print version doesn't

have it, you'll find some here.

And since many of you wanted a glimpse of the new statue of Bapu

and behenji which has come up before the Anatomy dept, I've

uploaded one of that too in a pdf version on the same link as

above.

For all this effort, please thank Subodh and not me, because I had

given up trying to convert 470 MB of the pagemaker file into pdf

with a free Adobe converter. His patience did it for all of you.

Thank you Subodh. The statue of Behenji in colour was definitely great.
