Hi , for several years now I have found that using Pulmacort inhaler and Accolade has worked best for me. I also have not been working so I am not exposed to the chemical triggers which has helped allot. I still use my rescue inhaler but no where near as often as I use to. At my worst I was using my inhale up to 12 times a day. Now I only use it now and then sometimes not at all. I also have a really good hepa filter in the house which helps too. I'm 35 and have had asthma since I was 5. I am struggling to get mine under control since quitting advair

recently. I'm trying a new medication, asmanex, and find that it doesn't work nearly as effectively at controlling breathlessness. I'm back to using my rescue inhaler often. What medication have you found works to keep your asthma under control and do you have side effects from it?Look forward to chatting with you!ANGIE wrote:Hi everyone.
