Jeanette,

I use Ayr gel from the drug store in the aisle w/saline nose spray. It is a

saline gel that you apply to the inside of your nostrils that keeps them moist

and helps them heal. I love it, and I use it at night to keep from drying out.

Blessings.

Jeanette, go to the drug store and buy a nasal douche, or to a health food

store and buy a nettie pot. Then mix a mild salt solution with a pinch of baking

power in it to use with them. It will go up one nostril and out the other and

flush out allergins, etc.

Jeanette, go to the drug store and buy a nasal douche, or to a health food
