Guest guest
Dear friends: This is one post that's been hard for me to write. After much discussion with my husband, over a period of many, many months, we have decided to make a move to a cooler and hopefully healthier climate. This is one of the things I've talked to Dr. about a few appointments back. He was in agreement that it sure wouldn't hurt to remove myself from the stressors that are inherent in the environment and big city life of South Central Texas. May even help to get away from the heat, humidity, molds, crowds, traffic, pollution, and the stress of living in a big city, not to mention the horribly stressful job I put up with for over 4 years. It's a tough choice because Texas has been so good to us and the best, most friendliest people are in Texas, that's for sure! So, we're heading back to the town I grew up in -- Casper, Wyoming. We've sold our house, resigned from our jobs, and just have to pack and wait for the sale of the house to go through. A very tough decision but one I think we'll be glad we made. And I have a bunch of family up there so I'm really excited. And snow again, yay! Sure made me wonder how come, every time we got out of town, I felt so much better. I'm sure there's something down here that makes me feel very fatigued. I will still make the trip to Lubbock for my thyroid condition, so I hope that will enable me to keep my membership active on this forum. Otherwise, I would miss you all so much! Would anyone be willing to fed-ex me some great Mexican food from time to time? Just kidding! )
