A reminder: Don't quote previous posts!

Just a reminder to members of the chronic pain list to avoid quoting long passages or the entire content of a previous post. Write your response, but please erase all or most of the previous post. If the subject has stayed the same, there is really no need to quote from a previous post. If you change the subject, change the subject line content.

List rules are sent out frequently. The rules are very detailed and will help you with the above problems that have been cropping up on messages in the last few days. Thank you all for your cooperation.
