Hey all,

I've been on the digest version for a week or two now.. it's taken forever

to catch up on the reading! lol

Anyways, I'm 21 years old from Illinois (about 20 minutes from Clinton, IA

if that helps anyone out!), and I've been doing taebo since the first of the

year. I'm on my 16th day of the 21DC!!! Woo!

I have a few questions that I hope someone will be able to answer for me.

(Im sure SOMEONE will hehe)

First of all, I have the original 4pack and BL7. I was wondering if it's

alright to do the studio basic, then the 8minute workout, then BL7, then

8minute, then studio basic, etc... Or if i should do more of the basics

during the week? I know you're not supposed to overdo it, but is my plan

UNDERdoing it? I know that I can do a basic tape every day, but I'm just

wondering if it's the healthiest way to go about it or not.

Secondly - I want to start measuring my progress, but I dont know WHAT to

measure, or where exactly I should be doing the measurements. I dont like

my scale!!! *Do any of us? LOL* I'd love to track my progress in inches

rather than numbers because I know I'll see more progress that way.

Well, tomorrow is my first day of my second semester of college, so I better

get everything packed and ready to go! Studio basic is on my agenda in the

morning! :)
