I did 3 sets of 8, 8 counts up, 8 down:Life Fitness Presslevel 7.8,8 (12 levels total)Iso-Lateral Incline Press 30, 30 25 per armIso-Lateral Decline Press40, 35, 35Dumbell Flys (shoulder didn't like these tonite at all)15's, 12.5's, 12.5's
