Thank you Connie, I already know about the poison that sodas are...and caffiene and whitefoods but did not know that limited dairy could be aproblem. I am not going to ellimate anything very much but could wean off caffiene and soda..but diet coke is an addictive substance so it would indeed have to be wean. I am down to one a day though. I know how to do this. I was a successful weight watcher for a couple of years..lost over forty lbs in the first eight months. But no more. ....Time to get my serious cap on...darn, I so wanted to ignore everything I dont want to do ..that is done have to do to live each day to the end. I am tired...so very tired as I am sure all of you can relate to and these kids, pets and hubby not counting the fact that I am old school and housework and kids are Moms job..pets too and flower beds by the way...are KILLING ME!!! All the input is appreciated. Good Luck on your own journey.

 I think he will start me when I see him next, on August 18th.

I have to lose 12 more pounds by then, he is really strict about the weight, but I think that is the trend.
