Totals for the year

Just ending my 2011 workout book and getting ready to start writing in my new one. I figured up all my numbers and just wanted to share. Not sure if any of you do this, but its fun to see how much I worked out and for how long.

2011 total workout days- 293

2011 total workout hours- 351 (includes yoga)

2011 total yoga days- 138

I guess I worked out a little.

Oh, I LOVE THIS!  I don't tally up my hours and such, but heck, MAYBE I SHOULD!  And of course yoga counts, and so would my 1 hour 3 mile waterfront walks.  Hmmmmm... might be time to start a spreadsheet!These are awesome stats, !  BE PROUD!  And thanks for sharing!  I " m now inspired to do the same!!!

SO AWESOME! I started doing that this year but I don't think I got past January. Maybe I'll try it again. This is super great, !!

Thanks guys! I use to throw my workout books away every year, but I'm going to start keeping them. This year I will keep track of what rotations I do too.

I was keeping track of my rotations but not all, I think I'll keep those too.

I never thought of this either, , but it's a great idea. I'm starting

my first workout of 2012 tomorrow (since Sunday is my day off), so I'll have to

start it then. Thanks for the idea!
