Sometimes the body really does need time to recuperate and repair. It's important to not overtrain and take 2 rest days per week, and I think this was my body's way of saying "Slow down! 2+ hours a day of working out is enough!"

Love the picture! My DH would love that skull shirt.

I use to take 2 rest days a week off (Sat & Sun) now I try to workout at least one of the weekend days. If I don't get it in and we have other things going then I don't worry about it, but if I have the opportunity I do workout 6 days. I do think we all need 1 day off for sure and that's of all exercise, including yoga. I guess I should just speak for myself on that one.

It sounds like you had a great relaxing day.
