Guest guest Posted October 22, 2011 Report Share Posted October 22, 2011 Yeah, yesterday i took a half day vacation, that's why I was able to hang at the gym for so long. I'm also single and don't need to arrange my schedule to fit anyone else's..If I don't get it done during my lunch hour at work or right after work it just won't get done. When we fall back an hour sometimes for a few months I'll get up at 4:00am and go to bed at 8:00 pm and work out before work. Do you watch tv at all? Give up some tv and computer time and work out instead! Though you've been so successful this year already, you're doing something right, Indy! Mostly when I don't do a workout, it's because I don't have the time. There's NO WAY I could get up earlier -- I'm sleep deprived most of the time anyway! I rarely get in more that 45 minutes, and I need to fight for that. How do you all manage to squeeze in the TIME to workout? That's tough when you don't sleep. I don't work outside the home, but I'm on a pretty strict schedule with school and DH's work along with taking care of my grandson. I can only guess how I would do my workout if I worked outside the home. I personally would get up as early as I had to in order to get my workout in. I'm also an insomniac so I don't sleep well EVER. I don't think I could ever give up my workouts no matter what I had to do. And it may be just 30 minutes, but I'd do it somehow some way.
