Check each tab, I set up the rotations a little differently in two cases, but the rest are from 's old website.

Can anyone point me towards or post rotations for using any or all of the various PowerFit videos (original, Harmony & the PowerFit Plus workouts)? I'm pretty sure they're in our archives but I also know there's a ton of other posts about them and I don't want to wade through everything if it is easy for someone to post them or send me to a good website for them. (And if it isn't easy for anyone to do that then I'll start wading.) Thank you!
