Dear Mr Basha, ILF Beratende Ingenieure Gmbh (ILF Consulting Engineers) is an international engineering company mainly involved in projects in the Oil & Gas industry. This means we are interested to hire people not only for that project also for other projects after finishing one. The first assignment is the Komsomolskoe Oil Field in Kazakhstan. The Oil field is located in West Kazakhstan onshore a Caspian Peninsula. Please find enclosed further information on the project: For the exploitation of the Komsomolskoe Oil Field a total of 13 wells shall be produced out of which 6 are new horizontal producers and 7 wells are existing vertical wells subject to be worked over. The central processing facility will have a production capacity of

12000 BOPD and consists primarily of a three-stage separation train. Produced water will be reinjected into two new water injection wells via an own dedicated flowline. In the third year of production, addi-tional source water will be added which will require installation of a water treatment plant in order to maintain the reservoir at pressure. Flash gas will be re-injected into a dedicated gas injection well. Condensate collected in the various compression stages is recycled back into the separation stages. The oil will be exported via a 6" pipeline of approximately 80km in length thereby crossing a 16km section of shallow water into a receiving railway terminal. Technical data: Production Capacity: 12,000 BPD, Produced Water Treatment, Source Water Treatment, Gas Injection, Water Injection, 80 km and 6" Export Pipeline with a 16 km shallow water offshore section. The duration of the assignment is still for around 1 + year. On site there are camp

conditions. The working cycle will be 8 to 10 weeks (depending on summer / winter season) in Kazakhstan and 2 weeks off (R & R). Travel time will be for maximal 2 extra days per each R & R cycle. Thus each R & R and travel time will be maximal 16 calendar days. Return air tickets for R & R to the international airport nearest to your home plus the 2 weeks off will be paid by ILF. The working time will be 7 days per week at 12 hours per day on site. Would you be available for a long-term assignment to ILF?
