Gluten Free Baking Class in Arlington 29 Aug

Hi all. My dear friend has an amazing gluten free bakery out in Sperryville, VA

and I'm trying to get her to have a presence in NOVA. She's offering a 4-hour

baking workshop on 29 Aug in Arlington Yes, you will have goodies to take home

with you! I've copied the flyer below. For those of you closer to Sperryville

JOIN US for " Gluten Free Baking 101 " - a great class for those new to gluten

free baking and for more experienced cooks who still haven't mastered some of

those tricky doughs! In this class we explore principles of gluten free cooking

through three basic recipes that are quite troublesome for the gluten free

baker: Pie Dough, Biscuits, Sponge Cake. We will make all three of these

recipes from start to finish as well as discussing specifics of gluten free

cooking and cooking tips in general. Parkhurst - celiac, chef and owner

specific subject, all classes include hands on experience and discussions of
