Hello, I am an on again off again macrobiotic vegan but find it so

hard to manage it with my family's hectic lifestyle. I hope by

joinging this group I can become more consistent

I have done a lot of reading re: macrobiotic, vegetarian, and vegan

diets, and am interested in gradually moving in a macrobiotic

direction, although I am not strictly macro or vegan at this point.
