Not diability particularly, but I just attended another prepare for

emergency seminar.

Things that we cane asily do to lessen stress::

Make sure to program emergeny call numbers in your cell phone under ICE (In

Case of Emergency). paramedics, fire and police are being trained to check

cell phones for emergency call numbers in case of emergency.

I listed mine as ICE 1, ICE 2, etc. and then put my Dh, my daughter, etc.

ALSO: If water supplies get disrupted, we are always told to boil water.

But if the means to boil are not available, then one can use common

household bleach (with no fragrances - the cheap stuff) and add 16 drops per

gallon.

So yesterday, we went to the grocery and bought the smallest bottle of

bleach -1.3 liters0 and bought glass medicine droppers. I have tied the

droppers to the bottle, wrote on the bottle in indelible ink - 16 drops of

bleach per gallon of water, shake well. This has been added to our

emergency supplies in our tornado corner (the big event here in the

mountains of GA).

Our water is pumped by electric so it doesn't take much to disrupt the

supply, but we also have a creek down hill - probably teeming with microbes

just waiting to attack so I wanted to be prepared. [?]
