Robbie found out Friday that he made his junior high golf team.

40 people tried out from grades 7, 8 and 9, they took 12. Robbie

was very surprised as he knows he didn't have the best scores.

I talked to his coach today. He said Robbie made it because

of his attitude, that he tried the hardest and was the most

coachable. It really is amazing since his arthritis is active

in his wrists and his fingers have perminent damage. These kids

can truely do anything! FYI... unless the coach looked in his

medical file, he doesn't know about the JRA. Jana

Jana,

That is great news. Please tell Robbie congratulations for us!!!

Today I bought Skyler a little foam padded baseball bat. Got it at a thrift store for 99 cents and he is begging everyone to pitch tennis balls to him. He bats about 250 from the first try....... Hmmmm, wonder if there is room for JRA in major league?

just got back from her from her first secion. She had a needle so small

inserted into each foot, hand and one in her forehead between her eyes. It is

supposed to " unblock the Chee " In any case, it relaxed her so much she fell

asleep. She said she hasn't felt this relaxed in months, not feeling pain. I

can't remember the last time she said that. I am looking forward to the

next visit. ( 1 week )

Yea!!!! Congratulations to Robbie :) I hope he really enjoys this new

sport. Maybe the added exercise will help prevent even more range of

motion loss in his wrists? Wish him luck, okay? Josh will be excited to

hear about this :)

Take care,

Georgina

Ethel,

Thanks for posting the article. I live in Ontario and never heard a thing

about it. I hope this means alternative meds will now be covered by our

Provincial Health Plan, like regular prescriptions.

Yipppeeee Franz!!!!! Way to go.

I'm catching up with some email, sorry this is late.

I had been feeling so good lately, yesterday was tired again and it

frustrated me to no end! I am so impatient, I know. I guess the best I can

hope for is more good days than bad days :)

Keep up the good work Franz! How ya feeling?
