Of course, I would have to use buckle covers over the front...but it seems to be a good option. I would love some input on this. Some info: is 11, but only about 50lbs and several inches short of 4 feet tall. Untill recently, a booster seat has been ok, but he is growing out of it and I am looking for something else into the next phase. I have considered the EZ on vest/harness, but that seems like it will only work for one car. We are travelling to Ireland in April and I am thinking about the Plane trip. Or the rental mini van. I certainly can't install hardware. thinks it is fun to sit in the seat without a car seat and put on the seat belt for about 3 minutes...then the novelty wears off and he is out. The buckle lock things aren't the solution as he is a wirey (sp?) and determined fellow and can wriggle out without unbuckling the seat belt. I guess I am looking for a harness type of deal that would work in conjunction with a typical seat belt (and lock cover) and/or car anchors. Is there such a thing? I have googled for things, but have not found a good solution for us. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated.
