Guest guest
Leah, Oh my Gosh I feel so bad for you.Our lives are stressful enough we surely do not need to worry about losing our jobs.I work while (12) is in school. That is the only way I can work because I have no one to watch him.Every break Thanksgiving,Christmas, summer I have to take off or work on my husband off days.I may thousands less than I used to but the stress of trying to hold a good paying job was just not worth it.Every time is sick I have to be off,all holidays off, and most work places will not put up with that.We struggle/ and I have a lot of stress but I was even more stressed working a full time job.I had is a daycare until he was 4 but the day care stopped providing services because he was not potty trained and could not walk.He had a therapist let him fall the week he turned 2 and it threw him back in his walking. We cannot hardly keep respite care workers either.Try calling places life homes for disabled and ask if anyone there can do respite or if they know of someone to watch your child. Good luck. Cyndi B > > > " my babysitter was a no show on friday and I almost lost my job.... " > Leah > > Leah, I can certainly relate to how hard it is to find babysitters.
