Guest guest
Go to www.bowendirectory.com and look for someone around your area. The costs vary and are not insured, but like I've said before, what good is money if I'm not happy? Might as well spend it until I find whatever it is that fixes me, else I'll never know what will. And remember that the therapists use different methods or may add stuff. Mine adds in structural integration and zero balancing, both of which sound like crap if you ask me. I can't honestly say I'm know for sure what it is doing for me at this point. My emotions seem to go and up and down everyday, all day. However, I definitely feel more emotional after having stopped the effexor in february and went into that emotional brain fog. I had a friend die in March and could barely even feel it, I felt like I was just crying because I felt obligated to do so. I still cry, but now I feel it more intensely, and feel my anger more. I'll have another update on Wednesday. Shay brianbeezly wrote: > > It sounds like this Bowen therapy might be worth a shot. Who do I > contact for this treatment and how much does it cost?
