 Thanks for the help. I also need people who will search the candidates page of the county web site and “harvest” the email addresses of all candidates for every office from top to bottom. I’ll put them on my mailing list.

 How about Pierce County Washington? How about Los Angeles County? San Diego County? City of New York.  

Doing this is not a violation of CAN-SPAM. That law exempts political messages where you are not trying to sell anything, especially where candidates have posted their email addresses.
