Guest guest
Hi Janette! They're abbreviations for the Tae-Bo Live tape series. AL = Advanced Live BL = Basic Live SB = Studio Basic SA = Studio Advanced > oKAY GUYS- > WHAT'S AL5 BL AND ALLTHOSE OTHER INITIALS?

I didn't even know about those tapes. Are they harder than the regualr advance and basic?

They've all got a variety of great music in them and a lot of new moves. I highly recommend them to you if you're needing more variety in your workout or if the Studio Basic tape has become easy for you. You can't go wrong with any of them. Janette, The LIVE tapes are soooooo much fun! Maybe as a reward for yourself for finishing your 30 day challenge, you can get yourself one of the Live tapes! Currently, there are 10 Basic Live workouts and 10 Advanced Live workouts available! A new one comes out each month....we're waiting for the #11's to be released! Also, there is a Live version of the 4 pack (Instructional, Basic, Advanced and 8 minute) that is phenomenal! The Instructional is excellent and really does a much better job than the Original Instructional tape! There are a ton of tapes out there, and they are live classes, with real music! I would definitely recommend getting one or two, so that you have some variety! Hey, now you've got something to put on your Christmas list

AL5 (the tape you hear us all complaining about) is almost ALL floorwork! It starts off with about 15 minutes of cardio and then the rest (45 minutes) is all on the floor...pure torture...LOL! The Abs and Glutes tape has a lot of the same moves as AL5, but it's only 30 minutes...so it's not quite as deadly I would definitely recommend it if you want a tape that works your butt and abs
