It is pretty quiet right now, but I would love to add a few more voices…we need all the help we can get with this mentoring thing. If you are interested e-mail me privately and I can add you on. Mentoring is proving to be a challenge in many ways…there are so many things a Mentor must be able to do to mentor well… J And one must have a truly interested intern. J I have a truly interested intern and the next couple years with her will be a lot of fun – and a lot of work! J The topic is great…I am enjoying it!
