I feel like i've looked everywhere. i'm trying to help a mom with mastitis/baby who can't latch (another story--probably posterior tongue tie)/suddenly lost milk after mastitis/pumping 8x/day with NOTHING/depressed/ let's see what else? oh yes, she got an ineffective antibiotic and mastitis is back. she's ordered domperidone and has been on fenugreek for over a week and is adding goat's rue, but how much??
