If you are asking about the waiver...The company I work for offers

the flu shot every year. Last year I signed up to get one. My son had

just been dignosed with PDD & I knew (for the 1st time) what

thimerisol was. They had me read & sign a form that said I was aware

that the shot I was getting contained thimerisol. I went ahead & got

one, but this year I declined.

That is interesting, because they don't have parents sign such a form when their

infants and toddlers are injected with mercury. Recently I was upset that my

mom's primary physician pressured her to have her annual flu shot that she has

had for over 10 years and she told him that her kids didn't want her to get any

more. He told her (and my step father) that they are perfectly safe, they only

have a dead virus. I asked my step dad if he told them they had harmful mercury

and aluminum in them and he said no he didn't. So he lied! Telling them it

only had a dead virus. My mom has Alzheimer's now that I am convinced is

because of all the flu shots she has gotten. And by the way, my mom did get the

shot.

Vaccine Is Said to Fail to Protect Against Flu Strain

By LAWRENCE K. ALTMAN

small study conducted by the Centers for Disease Control and

Prevention has found that this season's influenza vaccine failed to

protect against the Fujian strain that has caused most cases.

Depending on the way the data were analyzed, the vaccine protected

zero to 14 percent of participants in the study, said a scientist

briefed on the study who would not allow his name to be used.
