It really increased his autistic behaviors (rocking, echolalia, teeth grinding,sensitivity to lights and sounds); made him very belligerent: what little communication skills he had disappeared; redirection, reasoning, and school behaviors got dramatically worse. Keeping a chart of all the meds you try on your kid will help down the road when they ask you to try it again. You can go back to the chart and say.... " No, thanks. This is what it did before.
