Guest guest Posted February 11, 2006 Report Posted February 11, 2006 Stress relief.... house hunting is fun,we may have found one in the school district I want. the realtor knows my dilemma and hes looking and he will give me back his commision.hes a big wig in the realty world and got me everything a loan with no job and all.I am actually buying the house I am a first time home buyer Steve is not, the realtor is finding any loop holes he can for us to save money. Houses are way more expensive in the city then here.Good things are happening. YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.I need it. This advocacy thing is tough but so am I Quote
