Guest guest
Of course he was rewarded. So when the men came yesterday and today, he was asked to join the work force - hang with the construction crew. HE refused. No work today - work on Friday. Now he has it knocked - work one day a week!! Guest guest
It is ROTFL. But it also is the big concern that I have. Elie CAN do many things. But after we see a short time of success at some task, he refuses to do it anymore despite high option rewards. What this means after school I can only leave you to imagine. We have had no successwith continuous work performance. The only task he will perform on a regular basis is putting his own clothes in his drawers. HE now does it rapidly and correctly (not necessarily our idea of neatly but they are in the correct drawers.) Those of you with older family members - SUGGESTIONS???? I have been trying to engage Zeb somewhat in the trailer work. He will pour a soda or hand out straws for a few minutes. He says that he's not working because he is a kid. I tell him that he can work the trailers when he is older and make money to do things. He says he is going to stay a kid. The only job that he asks to help with is blowing the leaves. He likes to walk with the machine but not for long. He hates to work too. My mistake was not waiting to see what interests Zeb before I started this business. Zeb may turn into my armchair supervisor,LOL. Charlyne Mom to Zeb DS/OCD/ASD?
