Hello, everybody! This is a reminder that the Intro to Authentic Movement session will be on Wednesday, Feb. 10 from 7-9pm.

There is ONE SPACE LEFT, so if you were thinking about trying out Authentic Movement, this is the time to do it! Often, these groups require a much longer commitment, so this is a RARE event! We will meet in Manhattan from 7-9pm. The fee, payable by Saturday Feb. 6 is $35. If you would like to register, I can send you a paypal invoice, or you may send a check (I will provide the mailing info at that time). Please wear comfortable clothes. No experience necessary.
