Do you have any idea if the rash is caused by an allergy?

Or contact with an irritating substance such as detergent

that didn't completely rinse out of clothing or sheets?

Or have you had the possibility of sunburn?

I have touchy skin, and it helps me to ask myself questions

like the above.

The first thing to try is a gentle rinse with tepid water,

in case there is an irritant you can't see that might rinse

off.

Some possible things to try:

Baking soda and water paste can help if there are insect

bites.

Burow's solution - you can get it at a drug store or look it

up on Google.

Witch hazel

Aveeno colloidal oatmeal - you buy it dry in a box and mix

it in water per the directions on the box

Lanacane - it comes in a tube and is good for minor burns

and some kinds of itching

Tinactin or another anti-fungal might be necessary if there

is any skin fungus infection present

rashes

not only itch but
