Infrared Sauna

Hi Everyone,

My name is Elaine and I'm new to this group... I have been reading and listening

for the past couple of days... Very interesting stuff on meds... Since I'm very

sensitive to any kind of meds, I can not take them.. I'm also diagnosed with

MCS, (Multiple Chemical Sensitivity).. I usually go the alternative route

because I have to...

Has anyone of you people tried the infrared sauna for Fibro and other pains from

arthritis etc. I bought myself one a few months ago and it seemed to help me

but as soon as I don't use it, my pain does return, but not as much.... After

reading several articles on the sauna (and I read plenty), I decided to give it

a try and was convinced that it was safe... It's also helps with CFIDS.

I'm looking for anyone who has tried the sauna or knows of anyone who has tried

it... Also, on any alternative treatments would help me a great deal... Thanks
