Hi Marissa, I was so upset with Zeb that I failed to look at the positive aspects of Houdini's escape plan. Our district has 1100 student in the sped system and I was the parent that was called by the pupil service director. I was actually feeling inadequate as a parent by not keeping Zeb safe, besides not even knowing he was gone. The pupil service director was very nice and also was impressed to my surprise. The district has offered to help by sending an alarm company over that they contract with. My fee would be so minimal I couldn't refuse. I was so relieved. Zeb is very smart and a real challenge. He loves to travel esp by air. I haven't been to my sister's house in almost seven years. If I do not go in the fall I will be certainly going out in June or whenever San Ramon HS graduates. My neice is graduating next year. I was trying to teach Zeb how to swim before we made the trip but I give up. My sister has a new inground pool outside her back door. Zeb escaped from her backyard on the last trip by standing in the wagon to unlatch the gate. I thought he was upstairs with my sister and she thought he was downstairs with me. One of my sister's friends driving over to visit spotted him as he crossed a busy intersection pulling the wagon. He was going to visit a dalmation that he had seen one day while we were out for a walk. I am already worried about him sneaking out on me in Ca.
