Actually this time of year is better for me although I am in the middle of purging files and tax time and contract renewals. I can always sneak away if I do double duty during the week. You are great!!! has major issues with trust and it takes a long time, months, for new people to be able to work with him without increasing his anxiety level. Donna- Maddie has that issue also, I believe???? That may be something that you can use especially in conjunction with Mic's current health issues.
