Guest guest
LOL Laurie! Yep, that's Seth too! Shoes are the last thing to go on Seth, even after his coat. LOL He takes them off before he even gets in his seat on the bus. We've had more shoes go out the car window than most kids get in a lifetime. LOL I've even tried the high top sneakers, thinking he couldn't get them off. Wonder if they make shoes that tie around the waist? LOL Gail :-) Sorry ladies Ive been typing in caps.I type in caps so my middle aged friends can read it.Also helps my mom read it.Well we had quite a morning so far.Right when Mics bus pulled up 10 minutes early today I went running to find his coat and left the bathroom door open. I had all his stuff ready pretty much I looked around for Mic missing. Then I heard splash 1,2,3,4 4 splashes oh my what is he doing now.Ran to the bathroom door Mic had closed himself in.shut the door behind himself hes stuck he cant turn that doorknob yet.Swish swish i am hearing. well Mic had picked up both pairs of sneakers and there they were in the toilet.soaked Now the bus is here and I have no shoes for Mic. He went to school in his slippers today. Both pairs, I guess thats what he thinks of shoes.Laurie Am tired already.

Once, on her way to school, she tossed her sandal out the window while I was driving on the expressway!!!! Obviously, I couldn't go back and get it!!!! Luckily, I managed to find another shoe in the car that HAPPENED to be the left foot, so she went to school with one sneaker and one sandal...LOL Such is our life Laurie!!! And yours...LOLOL I bet Mic is MUCH more comfortable in slippers....;-) {{{{{hugs}}}}}} Donna (who thinks that if you don't laugh, you'll cry and I always choose laughing over crying----BTW Laurie, you should go to the picture page -- the original one since I never moved ours over -- to see the infamous Maddie sleeping in cheesies picture)
Guest guest
LMAOPIMP Reminds me of a recent " Tristan story " . I'm drivng down the road with Tristan in the back seat. He starts " hollering " to get my attention, so I look in the rear view mirror and ask him what he needs. He signs " shoes " . I ask if he wants his shoes he nods yes so I start gropping around on the back floor board looking for his shoes, but can't find them. I ask him, " Tristan where are your shoes? " He points out the open window. I'm thinking, " no way " , but sure enough when I get home and search the car there are no shoes to be found. They were a brand new pair, too. I thought the open window was just a pleasing experience for him and I guess it was, but could get expensive for me. Tristan now sits in the middle of the back seat if the windows manually roll or the window lock is engaged if they are power windows. I also have to use the child locks on the doors or he'd have the door open and be hanging out of the car just for the heck of it. I can't say that life with Tristan isn't excited...exhausting at times, yes, but not exciting? Not in a million years. He also throws things in the trash, toys, books, telephones, remotes to the TV, etc. HUGS...Colleen > LOL Laurie! > Yep, that's Seth too!
