Guest guest
yes, flax seeds are good for us.....omegas and fibre. however, they need to be ground for us to absorb the omegas otherwise they just do their fibre thing and pass straight through our digestive system......so, they are beneficial that way but much more so if they are ground. you can grind them in a coffee grinder or buy them ready ground...........store in the freezer! it doesn't have to be organic..the rice or the flax, just raw.....can be short grain or long grain rice. i'll send the hot pack 'recipe' tonight......must go now! jennifer ______________________________________________________________________ Post your free ad now! http://personals.yahoo.ca
Guest guest
that is exactly what I do, when its too hot to use my electric pad. I always use rice and lavender, but oil now, as for some reason bush died and I don,t have the time to get another at this time. It is wonderful for arthritis and most pain, smell isn,t too bad for asthmatics. I couldn,t use the wheat bags at all, the smell and the dampness when heated nearly killed me with asthma. Guest guest
Hi , The hot pack recipe would be great. Is the pain between your shoulder blades typical? I had a bad bout of coughing after sweeping out my garage and hurt for days. Do you all wear masks when you have to clean up outside (rake leaves, sweep garages)? AND my computer got struck by lightning so I've been offline. The sun is shining today so things are looking up. __________________________________________________
