Hi June and everyone,

Our month and a half renovation of our bonus/utility room is finally over from the water damage from the water pipe leak in the walls. The room has been painted and new vinyl installed on the floor. It is nice to have the use of the washer and dryer and have hot water daily now. I have finished my hand physical therapy but still do my home hand exercises with a paraffin bath prior to the exercises to warm my muscles thoroughly. I am seeing a podiatrist tomorrow about my sore ankle that was also injured when I fell. The foot and ankle surgeon whom I saw after the injury just said that it was not broken and would have to heal in time. The accident happened August 16. I have been reading all the posts but have not had time to respond to them, but have been keeping everyone in my thoughts and prayers as we all struggle with the bronch. Tonight I tried the potato water and I did cough up a lot of gunk. I like trying natural approach to wellness

hi june,

sorry they didn't have any magic wands to make the bad stuff disappear when you went to the brompton hospital.

at least you have one lung okay.....could be a lot worse.

i hope the meds will start to work sooooooon.

did you take a sputum sample with you to get it tested?

rest up~that's an order!!

Hi everyone, especially Joy, sounds like you and I are on the same rollercoaster today Joy. I've been to the Brompton, specialist lung hospital in London. The good news I had is only my right lung is badly damaged, top and botttom but my left is fairly ok. I've got a massive infection of the right lung again, so like you Joy back on Prednisolone, back on Tetracycline, I've not been offered Mucomist, what is that. ? I could really do with something to break up the gunk. Felt like death today, coughed up all week waiting for my sputum test so I couldn't take anything before that. Sandy so sorry you missed your day out today, hope it is next week instead.Tomorrow I will do the potato water and see if that helps clear my lungs.Bronch is the pits isn't it?Love to everyone, especially those who are feeling as rough as I am.Norma

I just got in from a day of meetings in borough, 40 minutes away, and

was pleased to hear from you, and also Del, she tried the potato water and

had a great nights sleep, so at least its a bit of good news.

I hope you give it a go really soon, I m sure it will help you, the

stronger and warm, not hot, you will be amazed, I,ve had really bad lungs

like you, on deaths door several times, please give it a go,

will be back later, bye for now,

Sandy.

I hope Norma is well, I don,t know her, but I will soon I hope.

Bye again

Sandy

Hello Norma.

i,m glad you tried the potato water, given time, and drank regularly is

really quite marvelous really it is, so is following up with the garlic and

ginger.

Anything natural, without side affects is well worth a try.

I,m sure people will benefit,

I really don,t know anyone it hasn,t worked for or at the least helped and

thats a lot of people, it really is.

Must go will be back later

Sandy
